The Boy Who Harnnesed the Wind is a best selling book about the life of William Kamkwamba of Malawi who dispite his limited resources and access to informatio built a functioning windmill. The book has become a great source of inspiration to innovators, thinkers and makers around the World. As a result of his successful memoir The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind: Creating Currents of Electricity and Hope, the book has now been adapted as a children’s book. Inspiring a new generation of young readers throughout Africa.

Illustrated by Elizabeth Zunon,an illustrator who grew up in Cote D’Ivoire and largely influenced by African illustrations and painting. The illustrations are fatanstic making The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind: Youngers Reader Edition a must read.
