Print design inspiration by designer Gillian Benjamin.

I was approached by the Social Justice Coalition (SJC) to create an information booklet telling people about their work. They are based in Khayelitsha, a township 30 KM outside of Cape Town. The SJC campaigns around safety and security, with their major campaign focusing on the link between clean and safe sanitation and personal safety. This campaign has taken the shape of the ‘toilet campaign’, putting pressure on local government to supply adequate and safe toilets for people living in informal settlements.
